Provides post sale technical support for Pakistan Army PCCF programs. Including:
Network operations support (network planning, monitoring, and trouble shoot)
CISCO network management and scripting
Integration of tactical radios with COTS devices
Installation supervision and technical support
Technical liaison with in-country subcontractors and OEM suppliers such as power system, and installations
Support tactical radio maintenance activities
Supports trials and demonstration of up sell capabilities identified by Sales and PM
Provide continuous training and support to the customer once the system is in use
Relay feedback and information to the engineering team in Rochester
Lead in country technical discussions with the customer
BS in Engineering or similar field with 6+ years experience
5+ years of experience with CISCO networking and wireless technologies
3+ years of Systems and field engineering experience to include the construction, operation and repair of static and mobile installations
2+ years of integration of third party vendor software
Preferred Additional Skills:
Master’s degree preferred
CCNA qualified or equivalent certifications
Defense industry experience desired
