Job Description:

  • Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction

  • Provides functional leadership and expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS R12 application areas including, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Depot Repair and Quoting in Oracle EBS 12.1.3

  • Designs and develops creative and unique solutions to enhance the usability and efficiency of the solution implemented at Harris CS

  • Works closely with the other functional and technical team members to determine feasibility and cost of proposed solutions

  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership of the Oracle EBS applications for Oracle implementation projects and enhancement requests

  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including: Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Training, Support

  • Help define the strategic direction of the EBS Application within the segment in both

  • Ability to troubleshoot and drive issue resolution with Oracle Applications

  • Ability to recommend, develop and document effective, value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance

  • Work is guided by individual annual goals and objectives with minimal oversight or direction

  • Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches

  • Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products

Qualifications:

  • BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and 9 years of prior relevant work experience, or MS Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and 7 years of prior relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility within the order management or customer service domains

  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience in various organizations implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management Applications

  • Knowledge of Oracle database and underlying table structures in Order Management, Pricing and Shipping

  • Ability to query Oracle tables using PL/SQL

  • Familiar with OBIA analytics packages that support Oracle EBS, particularly Supply Chain and Order Management Analytics
