Role and Responsibilities
Support and execute development, test and troubleshoot of complex RF/Digital and Analog experience to the sub-system and component levels
Develop technical test procedures and training materials; Train others effectively, including customers
Assist senior engineers as required to meet various engineering objectives with minimal oversight
Support and execute production test and integration activity as well as technical operations at outside contracted resources
Perform Production duties where required to meet Operations objectives
Support continuous improvement, HBX and other critical Harris activities
Travels 5% of the time to execute technical training and customer suppor
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or, 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
8 years relevant Industry/Military experience
At least 5 years of experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting complex RF/Digital and Analog experience to the sub-system and component levels
At least 5 years of experience with new production introduction and production set-up
Active Secret Clearance.
Ability to work with low supervision, produce team-oriented results and related reports
Track record of developing technical procedures and training materials; Train others effectively, including customers, both in-house at off-site
Employ excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork
Strong team member, excellent communication skills
Savvy with office automation tools
