Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of University Talent Acquisition, the College Recruiting Specialist will coordinate with business unit hiring teams to implement best-in-class new college graduate and intern recruiting campaigns to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Job Description

  • Support new college graduate recruiting initiatives through collaboration with internal campus recruiting leaders and the schools to implement highly effective talent acquisition campaigns

  • Lead campus recruiting efforts including planning, coordination, and execution of college events

  • Intern program manager responsible for program design, support, and execution of intern program components

  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients along with key stakeholders across the business

  • Travel to campus events across the country to represent the company and assist with talent identification

  • Cultivate and foster working relationships with recruiting leaders to provide qualified college talent to meet business hiring goals

  • Provide HR Staffing metrics and education for key stakeholders and business leaders to foster awareness, progress, and information sharing to achieve entry level hiring goals

  • Provide oversight for college recruiting materials, brand awareness (i.e. info session presentation, flyers, videos)

  • Track offer progress for top candidates

  • Develop strategy for diversity attraction & retention with the global inclusion manager

  • Travel required 75% of the time during peak recruiting seasons


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of professional experience at a corporate environment in human resources or a related field

  • Experience with University Recruiting and Campus relationships

  • Experience with written, and oral presentation skills

  • Experience with HR applications and applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

  • Highly prefer applicants with first-hand experience or knowledge of campus operations and culture at elite engineering and/or business schools

  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance

  • Customer service orientated with strong customer focus skills.

  • Strong analytical, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Must have the ability to solve problems by interpreting established policies and guidelines, exercising good judgment independent of direct supervision

  • Proven communication skills showing the capability to deliver presentations to an audience and effectively communicate across multiple levels in the organization (peer, interdepartmental, management, and executive levels)
