Job Description:

The Inventory Management Support Clerk will be responsible for accurately keeping inventory control in ERP system and physical locations. This could include receiving material into stock and putting away into new location, transacting material for kits or electronic requests, physically moving material and transacting location moves, physical inventory counts throughout the year, delivering parts to labs whether in kits or electronic requests, etc. and other stockroom functions designated by management.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately move and transact material in a timely manner

  • Manage inventory locations and documentation

  • Perform transfers, reservations, e-fills, kitting, etc.

  • Enter data accurately into CostPoint (ERP system)

  • Complete data entry into Excel to provide traceability and metrics

  • Communicate product or documentation discrepancies

  • Assist multiple supporting functions with various material related duties

  • Perform tasks designated by management and other 5S responsibilities for designated area

    Qualifications:

  • You must possess a High School Diploma or GED

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work amongst a diverse team

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to multitask and change priorities as directed

  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Edge

  • Experience with Costpoint/TipQA is a bonus

  • Experience with data management / processing preferred
