Job Description:

Work closely with program managers, procurement, and contracts to develop, track, analyze, and submit proposals within the guidelines of the customer request for quote/proposal.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare as directed by customer request for quote/proposal pricing based upon inputs from the various stakeholders within the organization• Review bills of material and work with stakeholders to review and confirm the information is complete• Review basis of estimates for completeness and accuracy• Prepare pricing files for review, approval, and submittal to the customer• Maintain material costing database• Support contracts with audit fact finds and negotiations• Provide financial support to DCMA/DCAA audits• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required• Interface with various levels of management, Program Office, and functional departments to support programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior experience• Basic understanding of cost accounting and FA principles• Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERPs• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects• Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance if needed• Should be a self-starter that can work independently• Must be able to work well within a team

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $75,000- $115,000 in California. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
