Job Description :
As the premier provider of Space Domain Awareness mission solutions for the United States Space Force, L3Harris is seeking professionals to work in a dynamic environment to solve challenging technical problems. Individuals should be self-starters able to work with little supervision to support agile development of software for microservices containerized environments. The ideal candidate should have experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Essential Functions:
Experience designing interconnected software components and collaborating regularly during development
Demonstrated expertise in microservice development, Continuous Integration (CI)-Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, and RedHat OpenShift Containerized Platform (OCP)
Possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Work in a team environment to potentially include duties in other technical disciplines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 12 years of software experience or Master's and 10 year's of experience. In Lieu of degree, 16 years of software experience.
At least 9 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java full stack development
Java programming language and Spring framework in a Linux environment
Microservices architecture and implementation with Kubernetes and OpenShift
DevSecOps to include CI-CD Pipelines, Static Analysis, Gradle, Git, and Make
Experience in full software development lifecycle from requirements elicitation to deployment
Experience with software engineering principles and industry best practices, including Agile development

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $135,000 - $251,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits including: health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements
