L3Harris in Tewkesbury and Fleet are part of our ICI division, we work closely with UK Government and Security Agencies primarily in the areas of crypto/cyber security, electronic warfare, counter drone capabilities and situation awareness projects.

Our DSP Engineer’s are dedicated to developing algorithms for signal processing to work on projects in the fields of telecommunications and imaging for military end application.

    What you’ll bring

    The role of Digital Signal Processing Engineer requires the following experience and skills:

  • Knowledge of digital and RF hardware, its limitations and the effects on system performance

  • Sound understanding of DSP theory with experience of algorithm development such as; Filtering, FFT’s, Channelisation, Signal Detection, etc.

  • Knowledgeable in RF and Communications Theory with experience of developing digital communications systems or sub-systems

  • Degree qualified in a STEM subject, with an understanding of Digital Signal Processing algorithms

  • Proficient user of MATLAB and Simulink
